Ten Arkansas-based small businesses, owned and operated by U.S. military veterans, are participating in the second annual cohort for the Veteran-Owned Small Business Accelerator (VOSB) offered by the Venture Center.
This statewide initiative accelerates the growth of Arkansas businesses founded by U.S. military veterans and veteran spouses, providing them with tailored resources for business growth and success. With support from the Walton Family Foundation and the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, the program will support five Northwest Arkansas companies and five central Arkansas companies.
“We’re excited to announce this group of veteran-owned businesses as part of our second accelerator cohort. With half of the companies based in Northwest Arkansas, this program highlights the accelerator’s commitment to a statewide role in fostering veteran entrepreneurship. These veteran entrepreneurs exemplify the determination, ingenuity, and leadership that define those who have served our country,” said Daniel Schutte, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at The Venture Center.
